What to Expect
We begin our journey with you by having an initial call to go over what you are looking for. We will go over everything from budget, to personality traits, to experience level, and most of all, what is most important for you and your family.
We do not believe in only bringing you only a few number of candidates. We will work with you closely to find the best candidate option. We will continue to tailor our search based on your feedback, to ensure that we find you the perfect person for your home.
Phone Call: We will schedule a 30 minute phone call to hear about what you are ideally looking for, address any questions.
In home interview: Our founder, Lauren, will meet with you over a Zoom call to discuss your ideal candidate.
Candidate Profiles: AGAM will send you candidate profiles that only meet the expectations and requirements of your position.
Second Round Interviews: Our Placement Coordinator will take care of scheduling each of your interviews for you, and will make sure you have all the of the necessary resources.
Working Interviews: This is a time for the candidate and employer to make sure it’s going to be a positive match.
Offer Made: AGAM will draft an offer of employment to the candidate of your choosing.
Concierge Service: After we place your candidate, AGAM is still available for ongoing support. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions, thoughts, or need advice or encouragement! You are part of the AGAM family now and we will continue to provide your family with an Elite level of service.
